Types of Commissions:
Q- How long will it take to receive my commission?
Shipping may vary, I try my best to ensure you have your package no later than 2 weeks after you ordered it. If there is an issue on my end that I foresee prolonging shipping times, we will let you know, and as always if you have questions please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q- Oh no! My painting was damaged during shipping! What do I do?
No worries! It happens. The postal service isn’t always so gentle with our packages. Just shoot me an email at email@example.com with pictures of the damage and we will get it sorted out.
Q- How do I pay for a commission?
Each commission requires a $25 deposit that is e-transferred to firstname.lastname@example.org to start the commission. Once the commission is complete an invoice will be sent to your email with the final price with the $25 discounted. All final prices are negotiable.
Q- I bought the wrong item. Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on paintings that do not have damage. Make sure you are extra careful and read all the details about sizing when selecting your painting or print! Email email@example.com for any further concerns.
Q- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship paintings sizes 9 in x12 in through 18 in x 24 in internationally. At this time, I do not ship paintings over the size 18 in x 24 to countries outside of Canada.
Q- How much are shipping costs?
Shipping prices vary depending on your location and the size of the package. Once the item is in your cart, you can see the shipping price included in your total. Canvas paintings already have shipping costs added to the price of the piece.
